Water Supply

A tap, which can be either internal or external.

Power Supply

Access to mains power, either internal or external.

Access Width

A side passage access width of at least 30 inches (76cm).

Flat Area

Any garden surface that is level and at least 7ft x 7ft.

Delivery Information

Simply put, if you live in the Greater Manchester area along with Preston, Chester or Liverpool, have a garden with a flat level area of at least 7ft by 7ft you can hire from us. With our extension cable and hose it is not imperative to have an outside tap or power source, we can simply use nearby internal points. 

If you don’t have external access to your garden, it may be possible to transport the hot tub through your house providing the internal doors are of a standard height and width. Once in place, all we need is access to a power and water supply, which can be either internal or external.

How Hiring a Hot Tub Works

First things first, simply get in touch. If you let us know your postcode, your preferred hire dates and which package you’d like. We’ll get back to you within 24 hours and answer any other queries you may have.

Subject to availability and payment of the £50 deposit we will confirm your booking. To complete the arrangements we require full address, contact name and telephone number.

A few days p[rior to your delivery date we will telephone to arrange a suitable time for delivery and setup. On the day once payment is complete (cash on delivery is fine) we’ll we set it up, provide you with all the chemicals required, a cover and waterproof extension lead (everything you need to enjoy it). Before departing, we’ll give you a demonstration how it works as well as full written instructions for guidance during your hire.

This is the best bit, you now have a fantastic hot tub in your very own garden for you to enjoy as you wish. If you have any queries whilst you have our hot tub you can always ring or email for further support.

During your hire, all that is required is to test the water with the kit we leave you with and to add the provided chemicals at time intervals instructed. On your final day, we’ll contact you to arrange a collection time. Don’t worry about emptying the water, our team will take care of everything.
